If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to afford the technology you need for academic success, contact the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office to determine if there are resources available to assist you.

While the College of Science and Mathematics does not have strict requirements regarding student computers, please note that a well-functioning computer is an important tool for academic success. Below, please find a general set of minimum specifications for a computer that should last you four years at Cal Poly.
